Michael Rodriguez has over 30 years’ experience in the design, construction,commissioning, operation and management of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical plants across Australia, Turkey, Europe and the Americas. He is a qualified metallurgist with a strong background in project construction, mechanical completion and site handover to operations.

Michael Norburn graduated from the University of Birmingham with an honours degree in engineering and has worked for over twenty six years in the resource industry in Australia, the Middle East and Africa.

Mr Scivolo has extensive experience in the fields of accounting and taxation in both corporate and non-corporate entities, having been a partner/director in a CPA firm until 2011. Mr Scivolo has since then been consulting in the accounting/taxation fields.

Mr Scivolo has also been on the boards of a number of ASX listed mining companies. Mr Scivolo is currently a Director of Sabre Resources Limited (ASX:SBR), Golden Deeps Limited (ASX:GED) and Metals Australia Ltd (ASX:MLS).

Mr Dugdale has a first class honours degree in Geology from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the AusIMM (FAusIMM). Jon has 35 years experience in Australia, Asia and Africa and an established track record of discovery, including involvement with nickel sulphide and gold discoveries with WMC and MPI Mines.

Jon also has a broad range of corporate experience as Managing director/CEO of several junior resource companies focussed in Australia and Asia on nickel-cobalt, graphite and copper-gold projects as well as funds management experience with Lion Selection Group.

Mr Ramsay is a geologist and project manager with over 25 years’ experience in the global mining industry.

Chris’ depth of experience includes operational & managerial roles in exploration, mine development and operations in underground & open-cut Gold, Nickel, Base Metal, Bauxite & Coal mines and development projects globally.

Chris spent 18 years with Oceana Gold, Sons of Gwalia and Straits Resources before working as a consultant and advisor.

Mr Muhling is a finance and governance professional with 20 years experience in the resources industry, including 15 years in senior roles with ASX listed companies. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, The Chartered Governance Institute, and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Michael brings to the Company a wealth of experience in the corporate and resource sectors, both in Australia and overseas.

Ms Newby is a finance and governance professional with over twenty years of experience in various corporate and commercial roles. She has a strong background in the resources sector and has provided financial advice and assistance to a number of publicly listed entities through exploration, project development and through to the production stage. Ms Newby is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Company Directors.
