About Us

Golden Deeps (ASX: GED) is an explorer-developer with a dual focus on the world-class terranes of the Lachlan Fold Belt copper-gold province of NSW, Australia and the Otavi Mountain Land (Otavi) copper-lead-zinc and vanadium district of Namibia.

In the near term, Golden Deeps aims to develop high-grade battery metals (e.g. vanadium, copper, lead, zinc and silver) production in Namibia to provide direct exposure to the rapidly growing renewable energy markets.

Longer term, the Company aims to build shareholder value through discovery of significant copper (with silver and gold) deposits in both it’s Namibian Projects as well as in the Lachlan Fold Belt of NSW – both world-class terranes with major current and historical deposits.

Community

The Company’s exploration and mining developments will create an economic legacy for people in the regions with investment in infrastructure, employment, and export revenue.  It is the Company’s intention to employ approximately 75% of its staffing requirements from the local workforce.

Environment

The Company’s is committed to sustainable development within the regions it is focused.  Exploration and development projects will be designed to have a net positive environmental as well as economic impact. GED will continue to implement best-practice environmental and rehabilitation practices, including in areas of previous mining and processing.
