Company Profile and Responsibility

Golden Deeps Ltd (“GED” or the “Company”) is an ASX (Australian Securities Exchange) listed company which owns 80% of the Abenab V/Pb/Zn Project (“Abenab” or “Project”) located in Namibia.

GED is an emerging low-cost vanadium producer focused on the production of high-grade vanadium pentoxide concentrate giving it direct exposure to the high growth markets for batteries and energy storage facilities.

The primary focus for GED is to accelerate the development of the Abenab V/Pb/Zn Project. The exploration and development of the tenements in Namibia is intended to provide added impetus to the Company’s growth.


The project will be a major development that will create an economic legacy for people in the region with investment in infrastructure, employment and export revenue.


The project will have limited environmental impact because it is largely contained within the historic mining area and will use the existing rail corridor and port.

Abenab will deliver excellence in environmental practice and will comply with all Namibian and International treaties, conventions, policies and standards.

Abenab will apply the most stringent mine rehabilitation regulations in the world. Rehabilitation will occur throughout the life of the mine with all work completed by end of mine life.
